With roots reaching back more than 2,000 years, reflexology works with specific points to support balance and well-being throughout the body, including the organs and muscular system.

This course focuses primarily on foot reflexology (hand and ear reflexology training is available in level 2) and is a beautiful addition to massage, facials, energy work, or entirely on its own.

This course includes all training materials, including a Foot Reflexology map for you to use in your own practice.
