These nurturing sessions are designed to support the family through gentle somatic bodywork and craniosacral therapy. Using light-touch techniques, we support the nervous system inviting greater regulation, ease, and balance. As the body shifts from stress and overwhelm toward rest and restoration, many families notice improved relaxation, deeper connection, increased comfort, and a greater sense of presence with one another.
