Craniosacral I (October 1-2, 2026) is open to anyone curious to learn more about how the nervous system works, and 3 techniques to use at home or to add to bodywork sessions. $444 investment.
Craniosacral II (October 3-4, 2026) requires CST 1 as a pre-requisite. CST 2 will cover the 10-step protocol from the Upledger style of craniosacral therapy. $555 investment.

Foot Reflexology Certification
Discover the art of reflexology and learn a simple, powerful way to support the whole body through the feet. With roots reaching back over 2,000 years, reflexology works with specific points that correspond to the organs, muscular system, and body as a whole. This certification focuses primarily on foot reflexology, although it can be practiced on hands and ears as well.
This is an excellent addition to bodywork, energy work, facials, and more. This is also a whole and complete modality on its own. At the end of this course, you will receive a certificate and be ready to begin practicing reflexology.

Reiki 1 Certification
Reiki 1 Certification is a sacred invitation to connect with the Japanese tradition of Reiki and awaken your relationship with energy. Together, we’ll explore the roots of Reiki, self-healing practices, intuitive energy work, and hands-on techniques, with each student receiving a Reiki 1 attunement. You’ll leave grounded, connected, and ready to begin your own Reiki practice immediately after class.
