Craniosacral I+2 Immersion

October 1-4, 2026

Craniosacral 1 - October 1-2, 2026

This is a beginner level class (no experience necessary) to learn the basics of craniosacral therapy. At the end of this two-day certification course, you will have enough tools to immediately incorporate with other types of bodywork.

Craniosacral 2 - October 3-4, 2026

This class has a prerequisite of CST 1 and covers the history, anatomy, and some hands-on techniques. Craniosacral therapy is helpful in treating nearly all physical imbalances and has been shown to greatly reduce stress on the central nervous system, organs, and more. Craniosacral Therapy (or “CST”) is a gentle, hands-on approach to bodywork. It focuses on the bones of the head (skull), spinal column, and the underlying structures. It also works directly with the fascial system (a 3D matrix of tissue that holds the entire body together).

This form of bodywork is appropriate for almost everyone and pairs beautifully with other modalities of bodywork or energy work. It is considered "somatic" bodywork and is very useful to process and lessen symptoms of trauma. Some CST therapists choose to specialize with certain specialties like pediatrics, chronic pain support, visceral manipulation, and more.
