Partner Workshop

Service Description

Have you ever experienced a bodywork or energy work session and thought "man, I wish I had someone to do this this at home!" This offering was made for YOU. This workshop is designed to provide tools to 2 partners to use at home to support each other. This 90 minute educational workshop is customized to you and your partner's specific needs. Together we will explore what imbalances are presenting in both your bodies, and you will learn tools to support those imbalances at home. For example, if partner A struggles with headaches, partner B may learn massage techniques to help with at-home care. If Partner B struggles with anxiety, partner A may learn techniques to support that healing at home as well. This is intended to increase and provide connection and support within a home or relationship. Each workshop will look different as it is tailored to the needs of each pair. Techniques may draw from massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, reflexology, acupressure, energy work, stretching, and more.
