At your initial session, we will assess your overall Central Nervous System, its functions, areas of improvement, energetic/emotional stagnation in the body, and more. This session includes a complete craniosacral treatment and a recommended plan moving forward. Please be prepared to discuss the following: 1. What is the main opportunity your body is presenting? 2. Tools you can use at home 3. Where blockages are in your body, and ideas to process and release them 4. An estimated timeframe and plan to see tangible improvement 5. Anything you'd like me to know, or any questions related to CST, energy medicine, etc. Should you choose to purchase a package, the investment from this session will be applied to the package cost. 6 pack of sessions costs $650.
